วัดอโศการาม ตั้งอยู่ที่ตำบลท้ายบ้าน อำเภอเมือง จังหวัดสมุทรปราการ เป็นวัดเก่าแก่ที่สำคัญและงดงามทางสถาปัตยกรรม เป็นแหล่งท่องเที่ยวยอดนิยมของจังหวัด ด้วยบรรยากาศร่มรื่น มีพันธุ์ไม้นานาชนิด และป่าชายเลนติดทะเล ทำให้วัดนี้เป็นสถานที่ที่เหมาะสำหรับการพักผ่อน ไหว้พระ ทำบุญ และสงบจิตใจ

วัดอโศการาม มีพื้นที่กว่า 53 ไร่ ซึ่งได้รับถวายเป็นธรรมทานจากผู้มีจิตศรัทธา โดยมีท่านพ่อลี ธมฺมธโร เป็นเจ้าอาวาสองค์แรก เริ่มแรกเป็นเพียงสำนักวิปัสสนากรรมฐาน มีพระสงฆ์เพียง 6 รูป ปฏิบัติตามหลักอานาปานสติกัมมัฏฐาน ท่านพ่อลีตั้งชื่อวัดนี้ไว้ตั้งแต่ครั้งจำพรรษาในตำบลสารนาถ เมืองพาราณสี เพื่อเป็นอนุสรณ์ระลึกถึงพระเจ้าอโศกมหาราช กษัตริย์ของอินเดียที่เผยแผ่พระพุทธศาสนามายังเอเชีย

ภายในวัดมีพระธุตังคเจดีย์ เจดีย์สีขาวขนาดใหญ่ เป็นพระเจดีย์หมู่ 13 องค์ แต่ละองค์ประดิษฐานพระบรมสารีริกธาตุ เพื่อระลึกถึงธุดงควัตร 13 ประการ และยังมีพระธาตุของพระอาจารย์ชื่อดัง เช่น หลวงปู่แหวน หลวงปู่ชา

นอกจากนี้ ภายในวัดอโศการามยังมีวิหารวิสุทธิธรรมรังสี อาคารจตุรมุข 3 ชั้น ซึ่งชั้นบนประดิษฐานพระบรมสารีริกธาตุ และสรีระของพระอาจารย์ลี ปัจจุบันเป็นสถานที่ทำวัตรของสงฆ์
